Gloria made a beatiful saldad bar with 7 or 8 chinese bowls with salad fixings.  She fell on the way to the car, now it's a tosses salad. Luckily, she wasn't hurt or cut.

OK, maybe I'm cheating.  I was stuck inside all day working on a legal project with a "drop dead deadline", so I didn't get out to take a picture for today.  BUT I did downlaod a song.  Clean water has been on my mind, so instead of a pic I took today, here is a song I downloaded today.  Hopefully you'll be able to make it big enough to read the words! 

I'll do better tomorrow because I'll be up and out of the house early for bible study at Apple Annie's restaurant.

I ran to the grocery store just to pick up some bean sprouts to go in our home made egg~foo~young. I took this picture because we are so fortunate to have such easy access to amazing abundance.

Whenever a wind blows out of the south we get a strong smell of manure. Some people like the smell, some don't. You can't see the cows in this pic, but this farm is the source of the smell.

Calling Visalia the "Gateway to the Sequoias" is like calling Lake Wobegon "Gateway to Central Minnesota", but apparently giant sequoias grow downtown.

Happy 11th Day of Christmas!! Tomorrow is the 12th Day, then on January 5 is

Ephinany, the day some traditions say the Wise Men showed up to give their gifts to the Christ.

On Jan 6 all our Christmas decorations will be coming down.

Went to the law library today to do some research on a Second District Court of Appeal I am working on.  The book I needed has apparently been stolen, had to do without it.  Kings County Law Library copy is missing too! The law library is in the basement  of the court house.

Happy new Year 2013.  Today is January 2, 2013 and I've decided to start a new blog.  I will attempt to take a picture everyday in 2013 and post it here.  Wish me luck.  Todays picture is one taken by me and one by Gloria.  We spent part of new year's Day playing Frisbee golf.  I bought the cart for $3.00 from my neighbor, Rick.
